The mission of the Smoky Mountain RC&D is to empower residents to improve their quality of life through economic and community development while sustaining the natural resources of the area.
The annual Smoky Mountain Regional Envirothon is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 9am-2pm.
The event will be held at the Holston River Park, 3300 Holston Hills Rd, Knoxville, TN 37914.
